Executive Level and Progressive Success takes a unique 3-D approach to Executive Level and Team Building retreats. Our 3-D Approach to Retreat Training 1. Diagnostics: We meet with managers and coordinators, interview key personnel, review pertinent documentation such as mission statements and policy manuals, then analyze your situation. 2. Design: We tailor a custom retreat that meets your time and budget constraints and addresses the issues raised in the Diagnostic phase. The FIRO-B (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation - Behavior) instrument, a diagnostic tool that measures and qualifies interpersonal relationships, is often incorporated into the retreat design and provides valuable information to participants. 3. Delivery: We deliver an off-site training retreat packed with creative, hands-on activities, role plays, and lively discussions that lead to resolution of issues and teach skills that can be put into pratice as soon as your participants get back to work. |
