1. How do clients contract for PSC training services? Complete our Quick RFP-T Training Request Form. Please provide as much information as possible. Once we receive your request, we review your needs and send back a response within 2 - 3 working days. Our response will include a brief course outline, cost of the training, the number of participants who can attend for that price, and available dates on our training calendar. After you have reviewed our proposal, please contact us by phone to confirm and schedule the course. We make this process as smooth as possible. Click here for more information on our Training Services. 2. I have an organizational problem that's going to require some consultling services? How do I begin? Please complete our Quick RFP-C Consulting Services Request Form. Please include as much information as you can and then submit your request. We will then analyze your request and provide a price estimate based on the information you have provided. 3. What if I don't need a lot of detail--just a quick price quote? We have a short version Quick RFP-Q Form that you can use to send a short description of your needs. We will respond in 1 - 2 days with a price quote based on the information provided. 4. What methods of payment does PSC accept? We are happy to accept your corporate/govt. checks, corporate/govt. VISA, MasterCard, and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). We also accept Government Forms SF 182, etc., which we will use to submit an invoice to your payment authority. Payment terms are Net 30 Days. 5. How do you customize your training for clients? We consult with the training coordinator, officer, or employee development specialist, or other authorized designee(s) to determine the issues to be resolved by the training. Then creative exercises are designed into the training agenda to address the identified issues and generate alternative solutions that participants can put into immediate practice. We pride ourselves on these custom approaches--we try to make our training as organization-specific as possible so that the participants get USEFUL, VALUABLE INFORMATION to take back to work. 6. What course topics does PSC offer? We specialize in courses that enhance interpersonal relationships and improve communication in the workplace, from basic interpersonal communication to public speaking/presentations to team building to negotiation skills and conflict resolution. How do PSC courses compare with OPM's Human Resource Development (HRD) Competency requirements? For your convenience, we offer a comparison matrix for each of the three designated levels: Senior Level Strategist, Mid-Level Integrator, and Entry Level Contributor. These downloadable files show the competencies fulfilled by our training. We can customize training to meet any additional objectives you have in mind. 8. Does PSC offer any specialized training? Yes. We offer high quality training for Executives/Managers, and Supervisor and Team Leaders that results in invaluable use of their time.
